At NoorNoorani, we want you to feel completely sure about your order before you pay for it. That is why we offer open parcel before payment on every delivery.
Open and Check Before You Pay
When your parcel arrives, you can open it and check your order in front of the rider before making any payment. Take your time to make sure the product is what you ordered.
If the Product Doesn’t Match Your Order
If the product you receive doesn’t match what you ordered, you can return it to the rider on the spot. There is no charge for this.
Once You Have Paid, the Sale Is Final
Once you have checked your parcel and paid, the sale is final. Returns, exchanges and refunds are not accepted after payment. Because you have the chance to inspect your order before paying, please check it carefully at the door.
