How long does delivery take?
Orders are delivered within 3–4 working days, excluding public holidays. Made-to-order pieces have a longer lead time, shown on the product page.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free on orders over Rs 15,000. For orders below Rs 15,000, a standard delivery charge applies, shown at checkout.
Which cities do you deliver to?
We deliver all over Pakistan. NoorNoorani is an online store, so wherever you are, your order comes straight to your door.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Cash on Delivery only. You pay in cash when your order arrives, after opening and checking your parcel.
Can I open the parcel before paying?
Yes. You can open and check your parcel in front of the rider before you pay, so you know exactly what you are receiving.
What if the product is not what I ordered?
If the product doesn’t match what you ordered, simply return it to the rider on the spot at no charge.
Do you accept returns or exchanges after payment?
Once you have checked your parcel and paid, the sale is final, and returns or refunds are not accepted after that. This is why we let you open and check your order before paying. Please see our Return & Exchange Policy for full details.
How can I track my order?
You can check the status of your order on our Track Order page. You can also message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
What does “made to order” mean?
Some of our lehengas are made to order, which means they are prepared especially for you after you place your order. Made-to-order pieces have a longer lead time, shown on the product page.
How do I choose the right size?
Message us on WhatsApp for size and measurement help. We are happy to guide you before you order.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us on WhatsApp as soon as possible, before your order is dispatched, with your order number and the change you need.
Do you have a shop I can visit?
No, NoorNoorani is an online-only store with no physical shop. We deliver all over Pakistan.
