Welcome to NoorNoorani. These terms apply when you use noornoorani.store and place an order with us. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. About Us
NoorNoorani is an online-only store selling lehengas, watches and perfumes, with delivery all over Pakistan. We do not have a physical shop.
2. Placing an Order
When you place an order, please make sure your name, phone number, delivery address and email are correct. We may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch.
3. Order Acceptance
Your order is accepted once we confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, if there is an error in the price or product details, or if we cannot confirm the order with you. If you have already paid for a cancelled order, we will refund the amount paid.
4. Changing or Cancelling an Order
If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us on WhatsApp as soon as possible, before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Made-to-order pieces may not be cancellable once work has started.
5. Prices
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices may change from time to time, but the price you pay is the price shown when you place your order. Any delivery charge is shown at checkout.
6. Product Images and Descriptions
We do our best to show our products accurately. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen and lighting. Small differences of this kind are not considered a product mismatch.
7. Payment
We currently accept Cash on Delivery only. You pay in cash when your order arrives.
8. Delivery
We deliver all over Pakistan, usually within 3–4 working days, excluding public holidays. Made-to-order pieces have a longer lead time, shown on the product page. Delivery is free on orders over Rs 15,000. For orders below Rs 15,000, a standard delivery charge applies, shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, and delays caused by couriers, weather or other events outside our control may occur. See our Shipping & Delivery page for details.
9. Returns and Exchanges
You can open and check your parcel in front of the rider before paying. If the product doesn’t match what you ordered, you can return it to the rider on the spot at no charge. Once you have checked it and paid, the sale is final, and returns, exchanges or refunds are not accepted after that. See our Return & Exchange Policy for full details.
10. Use of Our Website
You agree not to misuse our website, including placing false orders or trying to interfere with how the website works. The content on this website, including text and images, belongs to NoorNoorani or is used with permission, and may not be copied without our consent.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent allowed by law, NoorNoorani is not responsible for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
12. Privacy
We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
